Appropriate documents well prepared are sent to parties via email or through WhatsApp, WeChat, when ready:
CIS Formal Quotation of Shipping for customer's signature.
CIS E-Shipping Instruction SI Check returned shipper for confirmation on details/data formerly advised.
CIS Export Cargo E-Bill of Lading Draft as SO Shipping Order to shipper for delivery of cargo to terminal.
CIS Export Cargo E-Bill of Lading on hold until it has been surrendered by customer and under "Telex Release".
CIS Export Cargo Bill of Lading hard copies on board or by courier which are subjected to formalities completed.
CIS Import Cargo E-Bill of Lading as SO Shipping Order to consignee or notified party for pick-up of cargo.
CIG E-Invoice to customer for settlement.
E-Receipt is followed after payment has been received.
CIG Agreement of Container Lease or Reposition for Lessee or Container owner to sign.
CIG/CIS RO - Release Order to customer for pick-up of container(s) from CIG assigned locations.
CIG EIR - Equipment Interchange Receipt to customer for confirmation of details/data of interchanges.
